At Alderman White School, we use the ‘My Child At School’ (MCAS) online platform.
MCAS provides a free online portal and app that enables parents to view key information about their children and the school; to pay for clubs, trips, meals and products; and to easily contact the school with queries or to report absence.
To access MCAS you will need to have a registered account. The school will set up a MCAS account for all parental contacts when they provide a valid email address.
When a child joins the school, all parents should receive an email containing a link to the Parent Login screen, requesting them to create their own Password.
Please email mcas@aldermanwhite.school if you haven't received your invitation email or need additional support.
Download the MCAS App
The best way to access the portal is via the My Child At School Parent App, available to download on iOS and Android devices. Search for MyChildAtSchool in your app store or use the links below, and look for the red icon as shown. The School ID for Alderman White is 12037.
Please ensure you allow permission for the app to receive push notifications, and ensure the app is allowed to run in the background without being closed by any battery saving settings, so you don't miss our notifications.

Alternatively, the portal can also be accessed via an internet browser using a laptop or computer via the link here.
