Medical Support and Information
Alderman White School wishes to ensure that all students with medical conditions are properly supported so that they can enjoy full access to their education; by receiving appropriate care and support and focussing on the needs of each individual and how their medical condition impacts on their school life.
Please ensure that you keep us up to date with the most current information regarding your child's health so that we can work together most effectively to support them.

When providing us with medication for your child, please complete a medicine consent form detailing precise instructions for use. This is available from the school office or can be downloaded here:

For some students, with agreement of school staff, family and medical professionals, an individual healthcare plan will be written and implemented to ensure the school can effectively support the young person with their medical condition.
